Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Policy
We at FMS, intend to implement and maintain an Integrated Management system (IMS) combines all related components of a business into one system for easier management and operations. Quality, Environmental, and Safety management systems are combined and managed as a single unit, since we consider that these systems are not separate systems that are later joined together, rather they are integrated with linkages so that similar processes are seamlessly managed and executed without duplication.
Our Management Policies, detailed elsewhere would reveal the effectiveness of the System as a whole. We are committed to providing a safe and environment friendly working atmosphere regardless of how challenging this can be owing to the conditions in which we operate. The management is directly involved in chalking out general and project-specific safety policies so that the employees and clients are assured of the safety of personnel and properties respectively.
